Been a customer here since I was a child. I have fond memories of my family and I coming in here to grab half a dozen danishes (the best!). They also have amazing decadent chocolate brownies and my boyfriend and I really love the blueberry cheesecake that they sell. To top it all off, the staff have always been extremely professional and pleasant through the decade. You won't be disappointed!

Owner is completely unprofessional and rude. I was in line buying some loaves of bread, so my father and young sister sat down and began to eat the burgers they had just purchased while they waited for me. The owner was completely unprofessional and asked us to leave. Was very rude, despite me having spent money on food just then and there. We asked if we should return the food then, in which he replied “ha not likely.” I have spent a lot of money there in the past and likely won’t again. If he is concerned about seating why is he taking up a 4 seater table when he is alone, depriving his customers of seating?? Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional in his tone and how he handled the situation. He’s gonna call security on us for buying something from his restaurant and then sitting? Ridiculous.

The food was great, but the atmosphere was terrible; it’s like an overpriced Coffee Time. The worst part was while I was while I was eating I was approached by some creep trying to sell me desserts he claims he made. He wasn’t leaving me alone, and the staff, as well as customers, just stared. I can stand up for myself but I don’t think anybody should be hassled like that, and something so inelegant should NOT be happening in a café, given that businesses have some responsibility to their patrons in regards to reasonable enjoyment and safety.

I've been coming here for a while now and I've been meaning to write this review for some time. I'll break it down to make it easier: Atmosphere - clean and befitting of a French bakery. There's always someone on staff to clear the tables for you and address your needs while seated. Most times I've gotten up to clear my own table but the staff will intercept and take my dishes for me. Service - from the outset, you're greeted by someone ready to serve you. During busier times, they'll at least acknowledge me and tell me they'll be with me in a moment. I've also seen them offer to help carry a customers order to their table. It looks like most of the staff enjoy working there. They're always smiling and laughing with each other. Rose especially is always smiling and I've gotten to know her quite well. Now the important part... Food - where do I begin!? I absolutely love their pastries! First, their bread is so much more reasonable than a grocery store and it is baked fresh everyday. Sometimes if you time it right, you can get one straight out of the oven. I try to come here on Wednesdays for their buy one get one free sale. I've tried most of their pastries and my favourite by far is their chocolate croissant and almond croissant! I've also had their sandwiches and I'd rather eat here than at the food court downstairs! Drinks - they have a vast selection but I like to go for their Colombian coffee. Their ice coffee isn't bad either. Today my sister tried the chili mocha today. It was different. She liked it but I prefer my regular Colombian coffee.... Call me "traditional" haha. I think that's about it.... Awesome place! Definitely recommend it!
