Michaels

I love Michael's. They don't have many sales, only on seasonal items. Getting through their lines is pretty slow. I don't like the new lay out, and I think something is missing, even though I haven't been able to figure out what it is.

I have never been to a Michaels before, but needed some things for decorating and Christmas and I was pretty impressed. They have some cool stuff and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg for it either.

Staff and management is very friendly and helpful. It's always clean and kids classes are great.

Crowded store. Not convenient for mom with infants. The isles are too small and there are no cart return stations in the parking lot. Also watch the fine print on their coupons closely.

Love shopping at Michael's but I had a disappointing trip. The frames I picked out said they were on sale for 50% off, when I checked out they came up regular price. Instead of paying 20.00 they came up as 40.00. The cashier didn't bother checking on the price either.
