MIC Medical Imaging - SouthPointe

My first visit to MIC Medical Imaging in Fort Saskatchewan was a wonderful experience. I had a pelvic ultrasound, and the technician, Maddison, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly and treated me with kindness and care. The clinic was welcoming and well organized, and the entire appointment took only about 20 minutes, which was very efficient while still feeling thorough and unrushed. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Thank you, Maddison, and the MIC team, for such excellent care. Highly recommend!

Even though I was late and had forgotten my documents they still took me in and completed my exams. Staff was really friendly and did amazing. The space was clean and very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Professionalism and caring at it's best!n5 ultrasounds that took a total of an hour. Had to fast& hold over litre of water for both internal and external tests. The technician Alice, went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible, efficiently explaining what she was doing. Exceptionally gentle.nWhat could have been very uncomfortable procedures, I 61 Yr old female left feeling cared for in the medical field.

Everytime I've been there, the building itself has always been extremely clean and well kept but the staff is the best part - exceptionally friendly and welcoming that makes you feel at home and puts you at ease! They are the best!

I'm also a health care provider and I also have patients who are nervous about treatment as I was for Imaging. Jean your Ultrasound Tech was magical. Put me at ease, worked efficiently, super competent,... I can't say enough about how good my experience was at this imaging center.
