I recently moved to Fort Saskatchewan and a coworker recommended Fort Saskatchewan Eyecare. I have only great things to say about them from start to finish they we very professional! But also, on a personal level they were very empathic and kind, I had lost a family pet unexpectedly that morning and I was emotional mess. They all took a moment to chat with me and I really appreciate that they were so understanding, being pet owners as well. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Dr. Lafreniere is professional, knowledgeable and so friendly and welcoming. I feel valued as a patient and would recommend her to anyone seeking a top quality optometrist. She takes the time to explain results and options thoroughly and I feel very fortunate to have her caring for my vision needs. I moved from Fort Saskatchewan in 2018 but continue to travel to this clinic for my eye care needs. People like her are the reason why.
This was my 1st visit to this business and I highly recommend it!!The lady that helped me pick out my glasses was so helpful and it hardly took much time at all!! I love my new glasses and the transition has been awesome and I can see so much more clearly When I picked up my glasses the wonderful and friendly and very helpful owner informed me that there was a sale on all lenses. She helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses which was my very 1st pair!! First time time for everything right?!! I can't wait to wear them!! Thank you so much ladies and keep up the great job
I have always found the service to be courteous and professional. Both my wife and I recently bought new glasses and received excellent initial and follow up service. I have been very pleased with my selection and did not feel in anyway rushed or directed towards any particular product. Occasionally appointments run over time and there is a short wait. That's what happens with appointments
I was so impressed with the service and care I received at Fort Saskatchewan Eyecare. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I had the appropriate glasses. The staff were so kind, helpful and patient; I highly, highly recommend going to Fort Sask Eyecare.
Shout out to the Team at Fort Saskatchewan Eye Care. Kelly nailed it when she found the perfect pair of glasses to fit not only the frame of my face but also my personality. My ego is soaring with the amount of complements I have received. Kayla thanks for tweaking my glasses and polishing them up so I can get many more years of enjoyment out of them. Can't wait Kelly to come back to have some more fun with you.
Took my son in for an eye infection. They were so quick getting us in! The staff was very kind and helpful! Dr Shaw fully explained to me what was happening with my kiddo, gave clear directions how to treat and was very empathetic. It was a quick visit but I will definitely be back for all my eye care needs!
Always a great experience at Fort Saskatchewan Eyecare! The staff are friendly and Dr Hobson is terrific. My daughter has special needs and is non-verbal. Dr Hobson takes the time to do a thorough examination, despite her not being the most cooperative patient. Highly recommend
Hands down the best optometrists in all of Fort Sask. Staff are always extremely knowledgeable, helpful and super polite. Optometrists always do an excellent job communicating and explaining things. Been wearing glasses my entire life, this is crucial healthcare for me. I’m so glad I found Fort Eyecare.
OMGG!! 11/10 Highly highly recommend! My son had the best time- his first eye exam & the doc that we had seen was very sweet and held his attention the entire time! Very impressed. If you have kids go here ! P.s I’ve been in the past for myself and had a great experience as well!
