Glasses were fine, but such poor aftercare service. How can they adjust glasses without touching you, looking behind your ears or warming the glasses to make real adjustments? After three attempts in eight days I went to a competitor where I receved a friendly, effective adjustment for free even though I spent no money there. They even took a minute to clean my lenses for me. Nice!

I spent $1200 on two sets of frames and lenses I’ve been back twice to have the lenses readjusted because they’re blurry and out of focus. Takes forever to get in to see them then when you do have an appointment your left wait at least 20 more minutes. The optometrist himself was pretty good front and staff don’t have very much knowledge and can’t help you unless the optometrist is there so what good are they.

I visited this office and was BLOWN AWAY! I was told they have had a lot of changes since having some issues with past staff and it sure does show. I was fit with an amazing pair of glasses and sun glasses and they were able to give me an amazing price I couldn't find anywhere else. The front ladies are so welcoming, I was able to direct bill my insurance and Doctor was the friendliest and most patient one I have ever met. I highly recommend this clinic and will be bringing my friends and family.

Never had a bad experience here. Dr. Constantine is great! Front end staff very friendly! Just took my 6 month old in for his first exam and we got referral gift cards which I plan to use for some baby-ators! Hubby just got new glasses and they were in before they were supposed to be. Great service all around.

Dr. Skwarok is amazing! He has examined and was great with all our kids, including our son with autism that takes nothing short of superhuman abilities to get him to cooperate with ANY healthcare professional. We've definitely found our optometrist for our entire family!
