Was very rude and unable to understand my Amazon return with 3 items ( from all one order and all going to the return center for Amazon) would make me waste 3 boxes with each return. I have never had this issue with any other UPS store.Vista Village UPS scanned all 3 labels on the same box just like all the others . This is not my first issue with this store. I also use UPS for my company, every time I have gone to mail my edit back to our Texas branch they charged me even though I had pre paid labels attached to my package, and was told to drop it off at a UPS drop box if I didn't want to pay. I have also been in to get packages to mail my edits and asked to charge the company account and flat out told me " we are not actually a UPS, we are owned by a local investors " and was rudely told you'll have to contact UPS to send you your envelope. This was the last time going here, complete waste of time. I will drive 10 more minutes out of my way gladlly to the Meridian or Vista UPS.

Shipped a musical instrument last week. Since it's a high value item, there were problems with getting it delivered at a time of day the recipient could sign for it. Cameron called and let me know there was a problem; a few minutes later, we had the situation resolved. So happy with the service at this location! I recommend it for whatever shipping you are doing. Thanks Cameron!

in January I ordered a pair of boots from Macys they almost 2 weeks called the up said they were lost in transit they have called me 4 times in the last week to tell me someone would be out. first they have already been out .they were suppose to be here today between 2 and 5 no show.today they called 2 times to talk about it agin they woke me up i work nights the last jack ass that called today at 2:00 she did not know her ass from a hole in the ground. I told her you call me one more time I'm going to the police and charge them with disturbing the peace.. at Christmas 2 boxes were delivered to a neighbor right name right address left about a block away I hate UPS I would not use them to send a candy bar, and I dare them to call me agin

We went into the store today needing some copies made. Staff was courteous and helpful and we enjoyed our experience there. Much more convenient to use than most of the office stores we have used in the past to get copies.

Julie the manager helped us out with a delivery issue for an item we sent to Chicago. We have used this store for 10 years and have always been pleased with the service.
