The physical state of the premises is entirely unacceptable. Trash receptacles were overflowing onto the floor, and high traffic surfaces clearly had not been wiped down in hours. Walking through the main area, the neglect is immediately apparent to anyone paying attention. If the public facing areas are this poorly maintained and dirty, it raises serious questions about the hygiene and operational standards kept behind the scenes where visitors cannot see.

I have been going to this Metro from the very first day it opened. My last experience I was very disappointed with the service.nI saw a produce that was on special, so I went into the store in the early evening to get the special on the last day of the sale. When I approached the shelf I noticed that the sale price was removed and the regular price was posted which was twice the price of the special price. I checked the price in the flyer, weighed the product and then headed to the check out. As the cashier checked out the item, I noticed that the price was way higher than I expected. I asked for an explanation and I was given the regular price. I showed the cashier the flyer that had the sale price. The cashier looked at the flyer and then fidget with the cash register and then came up with the special price from the flyer. I would have paid an extra 2.00 when it should have been on special. I was annoyed that the price in the flyer was not honored until the end of the special. I did not changelled the fact that the item should have been free according to the law, because of their own negligence. I will surely limit my visits to the store and if I need to go there I will scrutinize the prices on every item, especially the items on special. I'm very disappointed.

Wanted to simply return my cans and couldnt get a single worker to explain what to do in english. This is Canada not the country of Quebec.

Disrespectful elderly staff at the charcuterie. The younger employees are great, but the older ones are rude, bossy, and lazy. One bragged about 15 years of experience while yelling at a younger worker, another avoids her job doing pointless tasks for hrs instead of answering/serving customers.

Nice market with several options such as most part of Canada market. However there is a dedicated place for gluten free.
