New administration and a nice new look and layout inside, the aisles are well stocked and items are nicely displayed Tried the marinated beef skewers yesterday and they were very nicely seasoned and tasty will be trying more prepared meals. If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. $5 delivery fee and a $4 packing fee, really? On top of it half the items in my order were missing. And instead of reimbursing me, they charged me again! Still no reimbursement 4 days later! Orginal item was 6.99 got replaced with a $15.99 item. How does that make sense? Called and got condiscending attitude from the girl that answers. They claim my items weren't in stock. Immediately went to the store and of course, many of each item was in stock. I'll be taking my business to Metro! Bye

The service at this IGA is awful. Go to the deli counter and the service was terrible. Go to the pret a manger and the service is terrible and rude. The girl tried to charge me 8$ for 3 drumsticks. Every other IGA I've ever been to it is 1.98 for 2 drumsticks. I question the girl and explain this to her to be given extreme attitude. Would not go back there ever again.

This is my grocery store. Love the selection of food. I have a huge issue with all the packaging in the produce section as well as the lack of vegetables highlighted from Quebec. Today i was going through the cash and a sign was in my face about purchasing a eco bag for almost $8.00 , telling my to do my part. I was taken a back. Please be a responsible store and stop using unnecessary packaging. And be a responsible commerce. Thank you for doing your part.

Great place to get your groceries. The place was clean and they set up sinks controlled by foot pedal to wash your hands. The soap dispenser is automatic. You need to line up for paying and there is an attendant directing you to the cash. The floors are cleary marked for distancing. The cart are disinfected before unlike other places.

Clean and well organized grocery store. Baked goods are always fresh and delicious! Great cruelty free/organic meat section. Take out counter has delicious chicken made on site. Staff seem pretty happy and some speak English when the customer is anglophone which is very professional and polite

I cannot do your survey because I get error readings.  I went online to try that way but still got error readings. I did my grocery order with great patience.  It was soooooo slow at 1-2 am.  That is my only frustration.   Something is very wrong with your site, even your survey which read errors. I am very satisfied with the food sent and the delivery.  The delivery and preparation fee is cheaper than metro. Your delivery guy was VERY kind and took safety seriously. We will be ordering with you again.

The rudest employees I've dealt with. For some reason they think because of the pandemic they can forget proper customer service etiquette and go on a power trip talking to customers with arrogance and disrespect. I understand they are not happy working during these times, but customers are also not happy shopping during these challenging times! To the Owner/Director of this IGA, please have your staff take mandatory customer service classes. They can even visit the other supermarket just 1 minute away from yours and learn from them how to smile and talk politely.
