Just needed an adjustment on the temples ear hook of my glasses and this store was the closest glasses store to my house so I decide to try and they said “we don’t touch glasses bought online”  …….?  Other glasses stores NewLook, Vizualis do adjustments no matter where the glasses are from FOR FREE. It would’ve taken them 1 minute to adjust my glasses, and they weren’t busy at all because literally no customers were in the store and there were 4-5 employees. I don’t know if the workers in OPTO-RESEAU were just lazy or because of policy but they should understand that people who wear glasses need to be able to adjust them anywhere. Glasses are not a luxury but a necessity. We can’t do these adjustments ourselves at home.

I was skeptical of going because of the negative reviews but I am happy I ignore them. The staff were absolutely amazing!! Dr. Tremblay was helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. We even shared a few laughs. Then, Josée took the time to help me find some glasses. I didn't wind up buying any this time and they never pressured me to do so. I would highly recommend!!

I had a very bad experience here. All seemed to be going well until they asked me whether I would buy glasses from them. I answered truthfully, no.atleast for now At that point they told me that my vision was 80% of a normal vision. and if i wanted glasses i needed to take another appointment more $ i never got my prescription... i paid 85$ for a 15 minutes waste of time and left with more questions than answers.

Great team! I had a hard time deciding between a few different frames and every lady at the front desk took the time to tell me what they like and disliked about each frames. They knew what they were talking about and were very professional! Will be going there again! I recommend this place to eveyone.

Extremely disappointed. My daughter 17 just visited this business. Personnel ignored her and kept talking between themselves. Then after vue exam, when she asked for her prescription in writing, they told her she will no longer get good service if she doesn't buy there. Wow! Pressuring a teenager into buying at their store....really not impressed.

I was going to book an appointment here,  but after reading the reviews,  I have changed my mind.  Unsatisfied customers is a reality of any business,  but what really disturbed me was the response by the busines itself to people's complaints. You take zero ownership or any mistakes made and the way you respond is very condescending. I would NEVER go here because of that.

They prioritize people who are buying glasses over people getting a prescription.  Told me to go to Costco lol
