I warn you to stay away.nFirst, the optometrist told me my astigmatism magically disappeared. The chances of that are so low they might as well be non-existent. The whole thing was super fast and seemed like a rush to get me onto the sales floor.nWhen I got there, I was extremely disappointed that they seemed to carry the variations of only a couple of styles none that I liked. I picked some anyways because of the convenience of them being close and me not having a car. Picked them up yesterday, it took about 4 hours for me to end up in so much pain from eye strain I couldn't look at a computer screen. Whatever I looked at would distort as I moved my head from right to left and it made me dizzy. I returned them first thing this morning. It's been more than 24 hours since I gave up on the glasses and my eyes still hurt.nIf I was happy with the experience from the start, I would have given them a chance to fix it, but I wasn't.nThe only good thing I can say is that they didn't hassle me about the return.
I was skeptical of going because of the negative reviews but I am happy I ignore them. The staff were absolutely amazing!! Dr. Tremblay was helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. We even shared a few laughs. Then, Josée took the time to help me find some glasses. I didn't wind up buying any this time and they never pressured me to do so. I would highly recommend!!
Just needed an adjustment on the temples ear hook of my glasses and this store was the closest glasses store to my house so I decide to try and they said “we don’t touch glasses bought online”nn…….?nnOther glasses stores NewLook, Vizualis do adjustments no matter where the glasses are from FOR FREE. It would’ve taken them 1 minute to adjust my glasses, and they weren’t busy at all because literally no customers were in the store and there were 4-5 employees. I don’t know if the workers in OPTO-RESEAU were just lazy or because of policy but they should understand that people who wear glasses need to be able to adjust them anywhere. Glasses are not a luxury but a necessity. We can’t do these adjustments ourselves at home.
I had a very bad experience here.nAll seemed to be going well until they asked me whether I would buy glasses from them. I answered truthfully, no.atleast for now At that point they told me that my vision was 80% of a normal vision. and if i wanted glasses i needed to take another appointment more $ni never got my prescription...ni paid 85$ for a 15 minutes waste of time and left with more questions than answers.
Great team! I had a hard time deciding between a few different frames and every lady at the front desk took the time to tell me what they like and disliked about each frames. They knew what they were talking about and were very professional! Will be going there again!nI recommend this place to eveyone.
