Although the staff was friendly and helpful, I was sad that they had absolutely zero turkeys. They only had the boneless butterball footballs in the box. Luckily the other Metro on Derry had plenty.nnPrevious: Fun shopping during their power outage and felt like a zombie apocalypse. Still they managed to have the cashiers up and running even self checkout but cash only. All the cold and frozen items were covered up to prevent them from losing their cool. Kind of impressive.
I recently visited Metro and had a positive experience overall. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The variety of products was impressive, and I found everything I needed with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I also appreciated the quality of fresh produce and other items. I’ll definitely be shopping here again
A really big metro, usually also very well-stocked. Cashiers are helpful, though sometimes a bit chatty with each other at self-checkout. It's never too crowded here, which is a big plus.
Prices are too high and I heard that they don’t allow students that work there to take days off during exams. $9 for a mothers day card and makes you work when you can’t work at specific hours. Metro why do you have. rats under the isles and dead insects under the cheese isles PLEASE FIX YOUR PRICES AND FIX HOW YOU MANAGE YOUR CO-WORKERS AND GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT.
