Greeted by the same friendly face at the helpdesk and voice on the phone almost all the time. Waited forever to open an account there because the guy apparently went on break when I was scheduled to meet with him. They gave me some Tim's cards and an apology. It is the city's credit union and you can't beat that. Not to mention some attractive interest rates compared to other options at the time. It turns out that when I opened my account they forgot to link it to the bank machine so when I went to use it and I couldn't they told me it's because the funds were on hold. After some persistence and weeks of questioning what was going on they finally got to the bottom of it and told me they forgot to link the account to the machine. There are alot of positive and negative things to say about this place. 4/5 rating overall.
