BMO Bank of Montreal

Definitely the worst Bank of Montreal branch I've ever been to. Most of the tellers with the exception of one young man have been extremely rude on several occasions. They ask irrelevant personal questions. They take much longer than the average teller to complete simple tasks such as paying a bill or cashing a cheque. They will say anything they can to sway you away from physically entering the branch. The monthly fees members of BMO pay warrant much better service.

Worst branch. The staff is very rude and treat you poorly. The managers are rude as well so there's no use in complaining to them about mistreatment.

very poor bank teller and i find most of the employees are rude as well as the branch manager, if you have any trouble with your account you sure wont get much if any help from this bank, if i could have i would have left a negative of stars if it would have let me

I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews but this branch is by far the worst I have ever experienced ad I've been with BMO for 6 years across 3 provinces. A.) they are not open until 10 and closes at 5. B.) Inconsistent service that makes banking damned confusing and time consuming. C.) And finally, today I went to get cash out at the ATM, and the machines weren't dispensing cash! How the ATM at a BANK runs out of cash to dispense is beyond me. I had to go to RBC to get cash and pay a $3 service charge. This branch never ceases to waste my time.

How this bank can maintain such horrendous branch hours is beyond me. Truly the most inconvenient bank out there.
