This one worst banks I went to hands down slow service all bank employees are in huddle just talking wouldn't help customers right away you can tell it's personal what there talking about then I asked for my credit card to pick up they can never find it so I called head office they said it's been there for months so clearly they aren't paying attention so I went back this time and after 15 mins they found it so I called closed the accounts just rediculios if you have good service here I say your lucky

I have had the best customer service from RBC. I've never had any issues resolving issues (of which there has been two.) They're all very polite and take time to get to know you personally. They treat clients like people, not just an account number. I got a Visa for the very first time at the age of 18 years old, and I didn`t have to put a payment down so, I have no idea what Akki Akkz was talking about. Perhaps G. Smith`s experience wasn`t good, but the others that work there are great! The review from Akki Akkz sounded ridiculous, and he wrote like a 10 year old. Probably some kid messing around, or a very immature adult. Anyway, I don`t trust his review. I`m hoping on being a lifelong customer with RBC, and if you`re looking for a bank you can trust, go to them!

Avoid the mortgage specialist Jonathan Bullivant at all costs. I met with him in person and after verbally agreeing on certain details I get the hard copies mailed to me and they are different than what I discussed with him with details missing and additional fees. It probably explains why he switched jobs from Scotiabank to RBC a few years ago and how he got so many sales awards displayed in his office. If you still really want your mortgage with RBC, ask for any other mortgage specialist but this guy.
