RBC Royal Bank

On Tuesday November 12th, we attended this RBC branch for the very first time. A brand new credit card was there for our pickup. We are from Bay Street and business background . The young Female Banker that assisted us was in a black turtle neck and as well a well fitted suit. No we did not get her specific name. Her service was ten out of ten, and most professional and very quick. This Lady went out of her way to service us and in a very professional and also humane way as well . Our time was shortly after noon as our arrival time. RBC should be quite proud and pleased that they have such a valuable asset person on their banking staff. . KB. NOTL

Sophie was so personable, so sweet, so beyond helpful. She went above and beyond for me, and made my day. I hope more people like her are hired at RBC.

In a line 12 people deep and i haven't moved in 10mins. 2 tellers open.nNo problem charging ridiculous fees while not adequately staffing their branch.

I retired less than 2 months ago & had 2 appointments to start drawing money out of my RRSP's. They have refused! Losses & absurd service charges over several years. Transferring my finances out of this POS bank ASAP!

As far as the tellers go, they seem to know how to perform the tasks that they need to in order to do their jobs.nnThe customer service associates people who are there to try to sell you loans, investments and insurance, seem competent.nnEdit 2024 - I have come to rely on one advisor in particular - Nina, who always provides excellent service. I had a meeting with a different advisor on one occasion and was not impressed with his hard-sell techniques. The whole industry is becoming sell, sell, sell and up-sell so it is really nice to find an honest and chill advisor like Nina.
