Kent Radiology

Kent radiology was sent my x-ray to read. When it came time to billing they noticed I didn't have an address on file- so instead of going back to mercy healthy that sent them the xray. They just sent it to some sketch credit collector who will just text you. All for a 30 dollar bill. And when I called about it they said we didn't have an address so when enough time passed we sent it to collections. Thanks guys. Also don't try corporates number. It has been disconnected.

When inquiring about results for a chest xray performed 2 days ago I was told the xrays taken at this facility are not read the same day, then they take another full day to type the report, then goes back to the radiologist for final sign-off. The results are for my pulmonologist, who now has no radiology report so the xray is essentially worthless. The staff member on the phone practically yelled at me when I asked why a chest xray at Mercy Health Standale is read the same day. I'll never go here again.
