Mercy Health Physician Partners - Northshore Family Medicine

I've been with this practice ever since I came to Michigan 19 years ago. (When they were located in front of meijers) this place has decreased significantly. Ive had dr. Blanchard ever since Dr. Tony left, and We are now looking for a new family practice because they are way too slow. I took my daughter to have her 2 month shots and 5 month shots and both times we spent over 2 hours there. Most of the time we were waiting. We live out in wolf lake and they wouldn't tell me if my prescription was ready or not, so I drove there to find out the doctor was on vacation and it wasn't ready. They said they care about patients time. I guess that rule goes out the window when it comes to me and my daughter there. It takes them forever to answer the phone and call back.

I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years, and I have nothing but good things to say! The office staff is very responsive, attentive and friendly, and Dr. Blanchard is awesome! I live in Grand Rapids now, and still drive all the way here to stay with the same doctors office. You could not be in better hands here (:
