Dr Griffith is the best! She helped me bring 4 healthy babies into the world one set of twins. Jackie at the front desk is wonderful as well. Overall, just a great atmosphere to be in.
Didn't even make it in the door. After requesting an appointment online someone called me to CONFIRM my appointment and take all of my personal and insurance information. We had an entire conversation about the appointment being for a minor and that I was trying to schedule it for after school. The next day I get a call that there was a scheduling error and that the Drs do not see new patients at that time...what?!? Minor child that needs to get tested for PCOS...she's terrified to even go and see an OBGYN for the first time and this office basically confirmed that she is unimportant to them because she is a new patient. Thanks for wasting my time.
You would think that an office dealing with pregnant and postpartum women would have nicer and more understanding office staff. Dr. Griffith and her nurse is awesome, but the front desk staff and the ultrasound tech is awful. From being belittled and embarrassed by the ultrasound tech for wanting my husband at my appointment, to being hung up on by the receptionist because I was severely frustrated that my postpartum appointment was canceled 30 minutes before and having to drag my newborn baby out in the freezing cold so someone else could watch her. Then I was randomly scheduled for another postpartum appointment that I couldn't make, called to reschedule, and was met with the same rudeness as before. We couldn't find any appointment that would work for me so I said I would call them back, but I am honestly just so done with this place, I haven't bothered. I haven't heard anything from this office since. So sad that mothers are completely forgotten about following the birth of their child. I will find another office that actually cares to help me.
The sole reason I am leaving this office is the woman that checks you in, in the front. She is so insensitive and has made me cry more than once, even the woman in the check out stepped in she was always a joy I delivered a baby in 2021 with Dr Peplinski and had such an amazing experience with her and her wonderful assistant Deanna that I could look past this other woman. Now, I just can’t. Dr. N is great but I did not care for her assistant the 2 times I met with her or either of the 2 women that have taken my most recent blood draws. Feel so bad for the Drs there because I see I am not the only one with issues with the office staff.
If you’ve read any of the reviews prior to mine then I’m sure you’ve gathered that the front desk staff is TERRIBLE. I’ve honestly never encountered a complete group of individuals with such terrible attitudes. It’s very unfortunate that after being a patient for years, through their many staffing changes, that I’ve finally had enough. This is a 3rd pregnancy, I’m currently 15 weeks, and I’ve yet to have my first visit. They’ve canceled every appointment I’ve made either an hour before or told me when I arrived it was canceled. If you are employed and have to pre-schedule appointments with your job like myself this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the clinic for you. They’ll cancel you with no remorse and rebook for 3 weeks out. 3 weeks will come and they’ll cancel that one too. I completely understand canceling for baby deliveries but why not staff a nurse to see appointments instead of repeatedly canceling appointments. Nonetheless, the doctor Ive seen for years has left and it’s been nothing but a disappointment since then. Nurses are amazing but those admins are atrocious!
I have an appointment tomorrow, called the front desk with a question. Jackie was incredibly rude. I work with a healthcare company and I can tell you this would never be acceptable with us.
This doctor Dr. Griffith, was recommended by my primary care physician, who is next-door. I walked over to make the appointment and they were too busy to help me while I was in the office. I inquired as if it would be easier to schedule over the phone. The receptionist said yes it would be easier to schedule over the phone as long as I didn't mind. I left and called later to make the appointment. I was told it would take a month to get me in. OK, I'll wait a month. Two days later the office called to tell me they needed to reschedule because the doctor had a surgery scheduled that morning. I had already taken the day off of work and inform them of this. They then scheduled me for later on that same original date. Today is the day that I waited for for a whole month. Ironically enough, they called to say suddenly the doctor is sick today. When I reminded them that they had previously try to reschedule the appointment due to a surgery earlier in the morning she responded, "well she is sick today, I don't know what to tell you!" The woman was extremely rude. I inquired as if there were another doctor that could take care of me which I was told absolutely not. Not a great new patient experience. I will not be giving my business to this doctor. I'm sure no one will read this and really doesn't care about my opinion. If you were looking for caring or courteous healthcare, I would completely shocked if you found it here. Extremely disappointed that the situation turned out this way considering they are right next-door to my primary care doctor. Also, the fact that my primary care doctor recommended her is very disheartening. I may be looking for a new primary care as well.
After a few scheduling problems, I finally got in to see Dr Griffith earlier this week. I wasn’t crazy about the check-in process, but the rest of the appointment was just incredible. Dr Griffith explained to me in detail what she suspected was wrong with me, and what treatment that entailed, and even what problems could develop from not treating it. She was knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Most importantly, I felt comfortable during the whole appointment. I’d definitely recommend Dr Griffith to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.
I switched to this office at 20 weeks pregnant from another facility and couldn’t be happier with my decision! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful! I see Dr. Griffith and she is amazing! I never feel rushed when I meet with her and she always takes the time to explain things to this very anxious soon-to-be mama!
Absolutely love Dr. Griffith and her staff!! I've been a patient for years but recently needed to be seen right away. I was in within 2 days and had the results back of my test quickly. Cannot say enough
