We’ll, this was a fun experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge feel and the entertaining way to read the drink menus. They are CDs with labels from real bands and the names of their albums but the list of songs are replaced with the ingredients of the drink. Super creative idea. I had Black Flag “Damaged” the others in the group had Joy Division “Unknown Pleasures”, Meat Loaf “Bat Out of Hell” and The Notorious BIG “Ready to Die” we did not eat anything as we had just come from dinner but they do have a food menu. I highly recommend this lounge.
Quirky and fun bar with a clever drink menu that changes seasonally. We enjoyed the Christmas glasses, Santa boot shots and bartenders that were pleasant and friendly. Definitely going to return again!
I was thought by the best, old school bartenders! This old fashioned was the best that I have ever had! My hat is off to you guys! I love scotch but this has taken the lead! If you like new experiences, this place is a must! You can thank me later!
A very unique and cool place for drinks. Their drink menu is listed on cds in a cute retro CD case. The servers/bartenders were very friendly and helpful. They were busy, because it was a Saturday night downtown, but we were able to get a table right away.
I'd recommend checking this place out as it has a cool Vibe, and at least for Christmas they went all out. The must order item is the Mac and Cheese with pulled pork. Don't do it if it's just the Mac and Cheese... It's kinda average by itself, but add the pork, and you dont even need a lot, it becomes this magical dish that gets a 5 star from me. The carrot and goat cheese ravioli gets a solid 4 stars from me. The charcuterie was a 4 star. It tasted fine. The presentation on the plate wasn't as pretty as it might have been if presented on a board. It was pretty standard with the exception being the goat cheese. The server did not explain what was on the board individually when it was served to us. The Brussel sprouts gets a 4 star from me. The flavor was really good but I didn't get a roasted feel from them with how they were drenched in the sauce. They could have been boiled with how the texture was. Service was very good. She answered all of our questions. If she didn't know she would find it out. I do not drink alcohol so I asked for some Mocktails. The server told me they had pureed fruit which sounded like it would make a fantastic base. I had requested a not too sweet or tart drink. The first one was a bit tart. The second drink seemed to be a ginger beer like soda. The last drink was a 4.25 star which we enjoyed the most as it was the more fruit forward drink. All in all an enjoyable evening. Parking is typical downtown parking. I parked at a meter.
Friendly bartenders and staff. Great drinks. My wife had the Fruit Loops cocktail, it was sweet. I had their Old Fashioned; it was made with the house barrel of whiskey. I would gladly recommend this place to my friends!
My favorite place for craft cocktails in Omaha. The bourbon selection is also very nice. Bar none the most innovative cocktail menu in Omaha and quite honestly about aby city I have visited. They make sure to have options for many type of base spirits. Bourbon, gon, vodka etc are all well represented on the menu. The presentation of the menu is also unique. It might be on the back of a cereal box or currenty in a sleeve of cds. If you aren't going here you are not living right in Omaha. If youbare downtown stop in for a few drinks...their food menu is very good as well.
Great atmosphere. The most interesting drink menu I've ever seen. I'll leave the surprise for you. Great staff. Definitely stop in if you're looking for a fun experience outside of the bar scene.
The flavors of the food and alcohol free drinks were great. What we did not know that it was "small share" portions! 3 course meal 1st course 2 scallops 2 slices mango to share second and 3rd courses also were soo small my wife was looking online to pick up a pizza on the was home! Now the kicker, it was $100! Definitely not a value in my opinion. Sorry but true
Love this place, great vibes, excellent music choice and very skilled mixologists. Moving from the DC area it’s hard to find a place with similar feel, we’ve been to many spots around town but we ALWAYS come back to Mercury, can’t be beat! Also they have some great bites and desserts, highly recommend
