Mercato Dental Centre

AmAzing experience beginning to end! Staff is very nice and professional! They have a new receptionist some eastern European accent ...very professional over the phone and even better in person! But even the rest of the crew is very good! These places give me anxiety but the combination of these guys make me happy to embrace dental care! They are even nice when I admit I’m still not flossing 😕

I had dental work done here and found the team to be very professional and experienced. The office is a warm, welcoming environment and my husband and daughter (one year old at the time) waited for me to have my work finished. The front office staff were kind with my daughter and overall it created a very positive experience!

I have been a patient for three years and everyone who works there is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I recently referred a friend who needed emergency treatment and they fit her in right away. I have also referred my sister to the office for a bite problem that could not be addressed by two other dentists!

I doubt this review will be published as it is honest and not good for their business.. But here goes. My Grand-daughter contacted a very serious Staph infection AND Ecoli from this place. We doubt the Tablet used to sign in was sterilized between patients.The assistant was disorganized and sloppy, AND coughing through the whole procedure, AND she was NOT wearing a mask! Staff were walking around the office with gloves on and NOT changing them before next task! When contacted about this infection, , their first response was "OH", then of course they proceeded to tell me they have had no other complaints etc.' " My reply was... "That you know of!" No appologies, nothing but an okay. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING! TOO DANGEROUS!

Very good dentists and staffs. My kids love here especially toys after each treatment.
