Jan 2017 I had a small decay filled between two rear teeth. It must have needed adjustment because I wasn't able to chew without it hurting. I called the office to ask how to remedy. I then left a message, and months after receiving no reply I sent an email. I went 6 months being unable floss it or chew on one side of my mouth. I developed two new cavities during this period. In late Dec 2017 I got an extreme sugar sensitivity in this tooth. Jan 2018 the filling fell out. I contacted the office and once again received no reply. Not impressed with workmanship or customer care.

Went a few months ago and although everything was ok and people were quite kind I was told i needed to split my cleanings between 2 appointments. obviously that meant paying twice. I felt robbed but decided not to say anything. Today a friend went there after I recommended it and apparently they did the same thing to him and cut his "half" appointment to 40 mins of cleaning instead of the full hour. He said he can't come again until after a trip and they told him they have to redo both cleanings again. Why is this a thing? careful people. looks like this is a tactic they use. Not saying they're not pros because they are but this definitely is weird to hear twice.

I had the best experience possible at Crossroads with Dr. Sayour & staff! Dr. Sayour is knowledgeable she was really great at explaining everything, super gentle, and really went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable. I feel confident recommending her to friends, family and my own patients.

I have a very hard time going to the dentist due to my very sensitive teeth. Even a simple cleaning is quite painful for me. Coming to crossroads dental, I was very nervous that I would experience the same pain I've had my whole life at the dentist office. I was pleasantly surprised with I got the most fantastic dental hygienist I have ever had in my entire life! Iona was not only awesome and hilarious, but she was extremely gentle and respected my sensitive teeth issues, even down to not putting the cold water directly on my teeth, and instead on my tongue (my teeth are ultra sensitive to cold, even though I use sensidine). Not to mention Dr. Sayour is extremely kind and always wants to make sure you are comfortable. I would recommend this dentist to anyone! :)
