Brush Dental Clinic (Renfrew Street)

My entire family have been going to Brush Dental for 20+ years & we have never switched dentist! They have the most friendliest helpful staff and Dentists around. They renovated the office so its modern, spacious & super clean and open. Whether it be a regular check up & cleaning, filling, wisdom teeth, etc. I've always felt super comfortable with the staff and at ease because they truly provide the best care! I would highly recommend this office to everyone looking for a excellent dental office.

This is the best dental office around. I drive all the way from Maple ridge to bring myself and the family to see these great dentists. They are all excellent at what they do and I feel comfortable and confident it their work always. Dr. Wong, Dr. Chen and and Dr. Chow are all excellent. I highly recommend any if them.😊

I had a very good experience, dentist was very gentle and explained everything that he was doing.. front desk girls are very friendly and they were on top on my insurance.

I had the worst dental experience at this location I have ever had. Ever. Let me preface this review that I have gone to the dentist hundreds of times in the past. This experience was worse than the time I had a three-pronged dental torture device affixed to the roof of my mouth. I chose Brush Dental because of how convenient a location it was and how clean and bright it looked. It had been 5 years since I had my teeth cleaned, but knew it was time to get it done. I didn't expect to get berated as much as I did for finally coming in to get my teeth cleaned. The dentist spent a good 15 minutes harrassing me about my teeth and about the importance of coming in twice a year for a cleaning. She attempted to make me feel sheepish, but I just nodded and agreed with her. So when she checked my mouth and found I didn't have ANY cavities or gingivitis (I know how to brush!) she acted rude about the fact my teeth weren't riddled with holes. She questioned me about why that could be possible and when I mentioned teeth care I did as a child she said, "Oh that's got to be it because you certainly don't deserve the teeth you have." Joking or not, it was inappropriate. The cleaning was painful beyond belief. I had full insurance coverage and it was like dollar dollar signs went off in their eyes.het pushed freezing on me. I refused freezing because I knew my teeth weren't a complete disaster and previous cleanings (including one where it had been years between cleanings) had been only a bit painful. So I learned for the first time why people hate going to the dentist. The dental assistant reefed on my teeth. She tore through my gums and kept trying to make me pay for freezing. "OW!" I said and she instantly pushed, "You should pay for freezing." She scratched and shoved at my teeth. This was NOT normal cleaning methods. My mouth was in pain for four days after. No doubt so that next time I would abuse my insurance coverage and pay for freezing. I didn't complain but I wish I did because every 4 months they call me for another cleaning. Or they email. I will never go back there. TLDR: Bad service. Painful cleaning. Pushing unnecessary addons because of insurance. Humiliating chair-side manner.
