Called to order a replacement filter. Was not one bit friendly answering the phone and told me just to order through Amazon. People like this is why small businesses die. Dont cry when you no longer have customers.

Wow i called because my almost new vacuum stopped running and woldnt start back up. They answered the phone and refused to have anything to do with it. They could had made an easy $40.00 repair because it was only the bagless dirt canister did not get put back on properly. I wont ever bother calling them anymore for business.

The number is no longer in service, I wonder why.
