My kids and I love Klindt's!! They have a great selection of books, if they don't have what you are looking for they will happily order it for you. They have book signings and book clubs. Great place to find small gifts as well. Awesome kids section too! Highly recommend swinging in!

This is a fun, funky bookstore. You can find all kinds of new books, odds and ends, gifts, etc. They regularly have events. Of course, the best part is being able to say you bought something from the oldest bookstore in Oregon!

Oldest bookstore in Oregon. Best bookstore in Oregon not named Powell's. Owners are the kind of people you want to talk to about books or whatever. You feel good supporting them.

Had a fab visit here! Love bookstores! This is the oldest in Oregon! The employee was so friendly! All the best to this quaint and beautiful bookstore! Great selection of books, cards, and nerdy knick nacks 😆

This may be known as the oldest bookstore in Oregon but it has so much more to offer. The staff there are very polite and the owner is a real gentlemen. It's dog friendly and you can find a wide variety of literature there. I love the quaint feel and the mixture of new, used and vintage books. The staff is always very attentive but not pushy. I can always find something I love their even when I'm just browsing. I've bought anything from the Hunger Games to books on Quantum Physics. If for some reason they don't have they are always willing to order it for me. Oh and they give out free bookmarks! You just have to love supporting a small business like this one.
