Nice atmosphere, good descriptions on frozen yogurt. Prices are too high, even with coupons, flavors were ok, nothing to write home about. Probably won't return solely on price. No one should be paying 10$+ for ice cream/froyo per portion.

Deliicous frozen yogurt with a good variety of flavours and toppings. It's a little on the pricy side, but it's on par with other "DIY" froyo places.

best place to get yogurt ice cream! the price seems to be lower than yeh's and their flavours are super god! the staff is always nice, never had a bad experience there

My experience was from 2 years ago when these new Chinese owners took over. Beware of them, especially the woman in her 20 (assuming it was the daughter). A lady in front of me and myself were both overcharged by double the price and probably many other customers too. The lady was disputing how she was charged over 40.00 for 3 cups of the frozen yogurt and it was impossible which she obviously disputed and was given back some money. The same thing happened to me next, we were frequent visitors of Menchies since it was first opened and for 4 cups of yogurt more or less the same size always cost me approx. 25.00, this time I was charged 45.00 for 4 cups whichI I know was too much and the stupid cashier insisted that it was correct and refused to re-weigh it I asked her to nor give me the receipt I asked for and refused to take my $5.00 coupon that I purchased from Groupon. Just beware of these people, they will scam you by charging you more since a lot of times patrons don't pay attention the weight and price punched into their cash. I've never been back there again since this incident so after overcharging me that one time, they have lost my business for good. Good luck with your business, it will only be time before patrons will catch onto your scam!

Good selection of toppings as well as yogurt flavors. Their website has a lot more flavors than what you would find in store. This is normal since there is only about 6 machines.
