I would have rated a zero if I could have. Terrible customer service. If you're shopping for blinds and are not sure what is the best blind for your window, do not go there! They are not knowledgeable nor do they inform you well. I bought 3x 500$ (black outs) blinds and even had someone from their store to come take measurements to be sure it would be good and it wasn't. Sun comes in big time on the sides! They should have advised me to either go wider or to go smaller to fit inside the frame. I emailed them photos and they said they'd have a look and call me back. They never called me back. When I followed up they said there was nothing they could do. I then asked if I could cut the blinds so that maybe they would go on the inside of the frame and they said they'd find out and call me back. Surprise surprise they never called me back. Never going back there again and would not suggest anyone go there. I got so fed up with their poor customer service that I will go elsewhere.

Had to wait 45 minutes before someone answered me to order a new store . When I pick up the store after it was ready, it took 30 minutes before I got out of the store. Other customer left as waiting time is impossible. I always went there , but no more, the good service that was is over. I guess they do not need customers.

Most pleasant experience from on-line chat to in-store service to a prompt delivery. Ordered blinds and shades for 6 windows on a Saturday and received a confirmation email for pick-up on Monday. Received and installed every window as ordered with NO missing parts and exact correct measurements. The total price overall was competitive. Now, for the infamous question; 'Would I recommend this company?" -- Absolutely!

The service at the outlet was swift and professional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The products are of great quality. Though a bit pricey, these products are worth every penny.
