Great selection at unbeatable prices and best of all BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We dealt with Roger, who is just wonderful and this other lady who was very helpful...I really recommend going to see them and comparing! Its really worth it.

After much looking around, I got a gorgeous vanity here of better quality and for amazingly less money than I saw anywhere else. Don't even bother shopping around. This is the only place you need to go for beautiful and well-made vanities.

Products are good at reasonable price however when purchasing our hardwood we were told we could return unopened boxes with a 25% restocking charge. Make sure to read the fine print since this is only valid for 30 days. We were not told this and because they can't guarantee that they'll have available hardwood later we felt pressured to buy more on the spot. Overall bad customer service... ** UPDATE ** Thank you for your response, however I am quite certain I was not informed of the delay in which I could return my unopened boxes. At the date of purchase, I knew full well that my renovations would only begin 3 months later - therefore much more than 30 days... Disappointing that the sales person in DDO wasn't as clear as you seem to be about your policy.

Very friendly and good customer service. The wood quality is good and prices inexpensive. Thedownside is we had to buy extra boxes and kept them for more than 30 days (just bought the house and discovered a hidden defect that delayed all our renovations), they don't accept the return. Also we went to a high end wood floor store where the experts could not recognize the essence of our wood, they could not believe it s mapple ! They finally confirmed it's mapple from China. No big deal with chinese wood though, we still love our wood floor👍

Worse experience I ever had with a merchant. I bought their bamboo floor and after just 3 years, there are gaps everywhere in the house and planks are deformed. Not to mention the fact that the floor scratches very easily, you cannot walk on it normally, you have to always be extra careful because there will be (white) scratches all over ...I contacted the merchant (his name is Ilia Orkin) and he refused to do anything although there is a 25 year warranty on the construction. They just brushed me off and gave me attitude. No customer service, just arrogance. Horrible product quality and service ! Good luck buying from this store!
