Going to echo the other negative review for this place. Very adequate customer service during the sales, but once you've given them the money, forget it. The representative becomes hostile and rigid and impossible reason with. I paid for delivery on several hundred pounds worth of hard wood floors, and the delivery person brought them to our house and just left them on the sidewalk in the rain. Went back to get a refund on the delivery only, which was less than 10% of what I paid him for the floors and he refused it saying that I should have told him that I couldn't bring them in before paying for the delivery. As if the average person is supposed to be able to lift that much weight. What if the order was for a whole house? What if they were ceramic tiles? What if I was 65 years old and living alone? Amidst our argument, he berated me and told me to call the police if I had an issue. Long story short, busted my back bringing hundreds of pounds of wood into my house despite paying for "delivery". Update: So upon seeing my review posted here, the employee in question called and left threats on my voicemail.

Worst customer experience ever. Don't waste your time asking them to match the price. The manager of the store broke the deal for only 8 cents per square feet. They lost $5000 business for not matching the square feet price to $3.19 instead of $3.28

Very good service, wide variety of flooring options and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great place for anyone doing renovations.

Very poor customer service over the phone. Instead of answering you they want you to come. In the end they could have determined over the phone that they did not have the product I was looking for. Could have saved time, money and gas. Frustrating experience.
