Menards

This store in St.Croix falls is hands down the best one by far!! I'm a contractor so I go in many every week. Keep up the great job!!!

Very large store with an excellent selection! Significantly larger than most Menard's stores that I have visited, surprisingly so. They often have great deals, rebates and discounts, as well as a great selection of products for all varieties of work, building and DIY needs.

Saturday checked out at about 5 pm.. Long lines with over 5 people in each with 4 registers going. Got in the wrong one...no price sku on an item that the customer checking out (2 people ahead of me )wanted . Cashier had to call manager who was on walkie. They could not find the item and price obviously so manager had to go back to department to get price.....when rang up wrong price customer did not want..anyway I am still in line 10 plus minutes 2 customers in front of me and 3 behind me. While I was waiting I could see a sign....Menards customer pledge posted at their service counter which basically reads if two or more customers are in line they will open another register. Must be an old sign. This is not the first time that this pledge has been disregarded. All the other lines on this day had 4 plus customers too.

Very rude and treat you like your an idiot when you ask a question. Go somewhere else.
