Every time I stop at this Dairy Queen, I am frustrated because when I order a large Sunday I pay for a large but it comes the size of a medium from other Dairy Queens.nAlso, I ordered a banana split at my last visit. The photo on their menu board shows it with 3 ice cream columns with the fruit and hot fudge but the one they served me only had 2 but still charged me full price.nIf I am to pay full price, I expect to receive the quantity they promise on their menu.
Blizzard was purchased/Haven't been to Dairy Queen in years, so was good to try considering health issue/Service was good and atmosphere was nice too.
This particular Dairy Queen I felt the prices on the desserts for way too high. A large blizzard $9 ridiculous talk about price gouging. The help was very friendly. The restaurant itself was clean. But the atmosphere was very boring the TVs were on but no volume. And the place was empty and this was at 6:00 at night very few people in line for Drive up.
The service was really bad, had to wait about 56 minutes to get my order. Not worth it and the food there was not very good it tasted dry and bad.
Top notch customer service. Needed a customized cake in a hurry. They knocked it out of the park. Can't go wrong with an ice cream cake for any occasion and anyone's birthday, no matter their age
