Waited in line for 7 minutes and they made us pull over just to wait for our 2 hash browns and we waited another 10minutes til my daughter got sick of waiting so she went in to get our food. And still waited 5 more minutes til we got it. This will be the last time I will EVER go here again. Good thing I wasn't starving to death!!

Can never get orders correct in the drive threw. Had to try 3 times to get drinks right. This is about normal. Would be nice if they would try to be right 50% of the time. That would be a great improvement.

worst mcdonalds ive ever been. waited 15 minutes in drive thru just to get my order taken.IT WAS ONLY ME AND 1 OTHER CAR. 4 cars went through the one side of the drive thru before they got to me... i asked for ketchup they gave me 1 packet... staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing. never going here again. if you want your food fast, dont go here.

This restaurant has long suffered from poor service and a general lack of ambition. I actually feel a bit of dread about going here. So today I stopped and there was an issue but what was different this time was that the employee and the manager I dealt with both did everything the could to make it right and pleasant. So I gave it five stars i know there is a new manager who is trying to turn it around and I think his efforts are starting to pay off-season keep up the good work!!!
