The customer service ladies in the back of the store are some of the rudest most unhelpful and unfriendly people I have ever encountered in my life or at least at MUN. I tried to return my stapler that wouldn't close I had purchased not fifteen minutes ago in the back since the refund counter was closed and for some reason none of them could comprehend how a stapler was supposed to function. It took about 3 minutes of convincing them before they'd let me exchange it to another one. Also would it kill them to smile a bit?

Overall great place. However the desk employees (ones behind the service desks) are usually not near as kind as those on the floor. Great products. I tried their online order with campus pick-up with terrible service found from that.
