Coles - Village Shopping Centre

A nice little shop filled with the usual fare from mainstream publishers. The selection is decent considering how small the store is, which can be an advantage if you're prone to struggling with too many options. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there was no line up when I was there, so if you find what you want quickly, you can be in and out in a flash.

Very disappointed, purchased two hundred dollars worth of books and the bag snapped outside of the store. When I went back to ask if they could help me I was told there was nothing they could do since I left the store. That’s fine I understand they have policies but the worker that bagged my books said “thought that would happen” like if you thought that would happen why would you bag it like that and not say anything to me?

Workers were really nice and offered to help regularly. Nice and clean but a little cramped in some spots of the store.

Small cozy store. Super friendly and passionate manger. She's very helpful as are the other workers too. I like the ambience of this location.

Wide selection..friendly staff..and not just books! Gift ideas too.
