I absolutely adore this place.nIt’s just big enough with enough space for everything you could want. Their magazine collection is stellar with many titles to browse through, which is quite the novelty nowadays.nThey also have a nice greeting card selection, among other things, and their children section is well organized and expansive.nTheir manga section used to be bigger but has shrunk a little, but still offers a great deal of variety. The prices are reasonable and it is always very clean. I feel safe purchasing books there.

The staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable! Great selection of books. Love that they still offer online shopping/pick up in store options.

Extremely disappointed with Chapter's & Plum Rewards Program.nHave been shopping there regularly for years. We had an issue regarding plum pts and emailed, to address on the receipt, with proper info from the receipt, detailed our issue & they have not even had the courtesy to respond to us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I could spend the day here! I love books! Only one 'suggestion'. Get rid of all the 'merch' that has absolutely NOTHING to do with books! To make room for more books! There were a couple of sections that did not have enough selection! I was looking for do it yourself books for homeowners for my Son. My shelf at home has more selection! Do a little better. Less 'decor', more repair and DIY.

I was looking for a travel book for an upcoming trip to Italyand this place had a fine selection of what I was looking for. I very impressed by the range of books that I was able to compare different titles and authors. I would recommend this place for in person shopping.
