I will say right off, if you live near this business, they are probably OK for you. I do not live close about an hour away. I was told if I had a problem, let them know. I ended up with two issues, one was a flat tire the other a winch that was locked. The tire I took care of, but the winch was another issue. 10 minutes after the guy dropped off my atv, I was going to try the winch on an old post I have in the yard. The winch would not disengage, the hook was jammed to far in. I tried to get the hook loose, but it was stuck. I contacted them to let them know, and they accused me of possibly burning out the motor, because they said it worked for them. I took the winch off and found the motor is burned out, so now I will replace it myself. No customer service whatsoever, they stopped answering attempts to talk. If you live outside Melfort, you may be better off with a bigger, more reputable company...just my opinion.
