Well this establishment seems to have pretty well anything and everything that involves an engine motorcycles, quads, snowmobiles, electric bikes, generators, pumps... and all peripheral equipment to accompany ones purchase. They carry a lot of stock and are local. Yes, people can buy online but your know, let's support our local businesses. I can well imagine how much their product carrying costs are. And an added bonus, you actually get to interact with some good people who I found very helpful.
Few months late with review. Purchased new bike, Ryan bent over backwards to accommodate me. Very helpful bunch. They stayed bit late after closing time to help load bike up and to make sure I'd be OK on my long journey back home. Placed a few orders through Riverside in past few months, customer service was exceptional. I will definitely keep doing business at Riverside and highly recommend to everyone.
My husband and I purchased a Polaris Slingshot in July and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Jeff sales and John finance were easy to talk to, set us up, and got us out the door as happy people. The machine is a fun ride and my spouse and I are both happy with it. I will be recommending Riverside to friends and family, whether upgrading their ride or gear. Fantastic people, fantastic service, and fantastic experience.
I just recently purchased new Klim Boots from Riverside Motosports. What a difference in customer service compared to my regular place of business where I purchased all my other Klim Product. I wasn't ignored and a young man by the name of Brody was more than willing to listen to what I was looking for in a boot and was very knowledgeable on the product. He made it very easy to spend $$$ They didn't have my size in their large inventory but jumped onto the computer and started searching his warehouses. The willingness to help was refreshing. I really like the simple text they send when the boots were in. I didn't get to thank Brody personally when I picked them up but I had a very nice young lady help me to make sure they were the perfect fit before leaving the store. She made me try them before paying and leaving the store with something I assumed would fit. Thank you and I will be back again with great service like that. Keep it up!
Service department that makes appointments and provides service!? Yes please. Have had my machine in twice for work, super happy with the pricing and quality of work both times. I'd strongly recomend bringing your ride here, and know that your in good hands!
I used to ride motorcycles, but because of health reasons I no longer can comfortably ride. I just like to go there sometimes to look at the new bikes and dream. The staff there understands and will still are willing to talk to me about the new bikes even when they know they are not going to make a sale. Great bunch of guys.
I found the sales staff very good. When having service department install seatbelts in a new side by side I was not as pleased. After being told it would take a couple of hours, returning after 2 and a half hours and being told a couple more hours.I left and returned 2 hours later,and was told a couple more hours as only 1 seatbelt had been done.I picked up my side by side the next day
Awesome service. Danny was amazing to deal with and super helpful, and Warren in finance was top notch. No pressure, just great service. Highly recommend.
Great place to shop . Lots of products to choose from . Every kind of atv and utv bikes . Riding gear . And parts . Good prices on helmets . Staff was very helpful . Positive experience
I bought my 2015 KTM superduke 1290R from here in 2017. I was given an amazing deal and the parts department has always treated me very well. l've purchased new tires, oil change kits, and power parts from the parts department over the years and I've always been happy with the quality and service. I had the service department install some Dunlop Q3+ tires front and rear for free during their annual spring sale. Take advantage of the buy tires have them installed for free during the spring sale if you can. I also purchased an awesome jacket from the apparel department. Great place to purchase a bike, apparel, or get your two wheel ride serviced.
