I have had, in the past, exellent service from the folks here. But I recently had a flat on a newer tire which I had purchased. When I inquired as to why the tire went flat, I was told..."It was run flat." Ok, I said. "What caused the flat?", and was only answered with "It was run flat." Now, I am an educated man, and know that something needs to cause a tire to flatten berfore it can be ran flat. No explaination was forthcoming. So, I am being forced to take my business elsewhere.
