We work with Mehul, he is really knowledgeable and patient realtor we ever work. We took all most month and half to find our dream property and he never pressure us. I would say Mehul goes above and beyond to make his client's life easier to purchase real estate property. Mehul Desai is very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent, I ever worked with. He finds the right property for me, when he was met first time, I did specify I need my home near the Go station that was my first priority as I commute everyday to downtown Toronto. He finds the suitable property for me in just 5 days and he did not even west my time to show unwanted property. He did not pressure me to buy any properties. On top of that he explains me all the agreements and other related documents before I sign. Also I got some cash discounts as well! He helped in getting my mortgage arrangements. After all I can say I’m talking about my superhero! Strongly recommend his Realtor services. Thanks!
