Very low quality food at this restaurant. I had the “crispy chicken pita”, which was a cheap breaded chicken burger from the grocery store, cut up into squares, tossed into a pita. Big time disappointment. Staff were friendly though—I’ll give them an extra star for that. Won’t be back, however.
Always a lovely experience! Only a short trip from St. Mary’s Hospital. So many options for vegetarian and more. The people who run the shop are great. Stop for a meal and make a friend. :

This is the closest Pita Factory to me and I’m so glad they have excellent customer service. They greeted me with happiness, and I even got a compliment on my favourite dress! Would definitely recommend!
Chicken shawarma was disgusting. Was all dried out and gross. Rice was fried rice which isn’t great for most wraps. All in all not good.
Food was okay and staff member was nice. The Alpine location was much more welcoming and happy environment. The Highland location is very unwelcome and depressing. They have minimal lighting, huge Plastic barriers and even a microphone system that resembles something you find in a prison. Instead of talking to a smiling staff member you get an employee with a mask behind huge plastic barriers and a prison like microphone system. When I go and spend money for food I want to see happy employees and smiling faces not a prison microphone system with large barriers. Going for food is supposed to be a positive experience. 1 star.

Food was ok fyi if you want a Caesar wrap it's better to order and chicken breast wrap because then you can add all the toppings you want. If you order the Caesar wrap you can only add 2. Guy behind the counter was difficulty to understand and was very rude and short with me. I will not be returning to this location for that alone care more about being treated properly then anything else.
I have gone to the other pita factory locations many times and I always order the exact same thing so I can say with confidence there is something seriously wrong with the food at this location. The chicken was dry, unseasoned and hard to swallow, the feta cheese on my salad tasted spoilt and sour, and the honey garlic sauce I got was quite possibly the worst thing I tried. It tasted like literal vomit. I don’t know what was in it but it still makes me sick thinking about it. Absolutely do not go to this location
