I'm torn. This Arby's, food, and staff are great!! The worst, lowest quality product you have on your menu is the curly fries. It's been the last few years? Almost every one of the fries had some form of rot not skin-big difference. I'm always hopeful I'll get decent, edible curly fries, but it's always such a disappointment. Please please please find another vendor who has a quality product. I'm tired of eating around the rot or throwing the fries out they're so good. We do pay enough money, so I'm hoping you do a serious upgrade. pic is just a small sample from tonight
Not too many Arby's around any more? I took the small reroute from my trip hime and grabbed a few sandwiches for the boys. Always good and the people working there were awesome.
What the heck was that? I ordered a beef and cheddar roast beef sandwich and got the weirdest thing ever... The meat was big thick tough slices instead of the usually thin piled up roast beef you get from Arby's. Also the guy used two bottom halves of the bun instead of a top and bottom. Never coming back.
I want to send a huge shout out and a Thank you to your employees. I was at the drive through and had my dog in the car with me. The girl at the drive through was gracious enough to pack a small container of roast beef for my dog. It was a total wonderful surprise and I can honestly say that my dog enjoyed his very special dinner. Thank you again!
These guys are clowns it took them 18 minutes to cook chicken fingers. The lady at the front counter is slow like molasses. They must’ve moved my food in their hear Trey 4 or 5 times before I got it. They are completely useless Arby’s is broken just like the link they just gave me below doesn’t work just like their staff
This place us terrible. I ordered one of each of the 2 for $9.00 roast beef sandwiches and they were ICE cold. I couldn't believe they served them. The cheese was disgusting, the fries were fresh yesterday because they were cold and uneatable. Staff were prompt and friendly, but a bit on the slow side. Arby's in London is always fresh and the sandwiches hot. Kitchener could learn from them
My family had a terrible experience tonight. Upon entering the store, it was not at all busy 2 tables sat, nobody in line, yet we were not acknowledged for a number of minutes while standing at the counter. The guy taking our order seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else and that our order was an inconvenience to him. The ketchup packages and packages of sauce were rationed as if employees were paid a bonus based on how little they provide. Upon receiving the order, we were missing an order of curly fries; it took awhile for an employee to acknowledge me standing there and even longer to have someone provide my missing curly fries. There is a bell at the exit that says something along the lines of "Ring if you had an exceptional experience." My family certainly didn't ring that bell, not did anyone else during our visit. I'm not sure we will be back. Kid-friendliness: There are kid meals, but expect a 10+ minute wait for chicken nuggets. Parking: There is more than enough parking; this place is never busy.
Ford is always good, service is so inconsistent. Poor cashier was very clearly lacking training but did the best she could with a smile. The guy working was rude and really could give a ****. He insisted on charging extra for a little more mayo on a sandwich that already comes with Mayo and got frustrated when we came back to the counter to ask for ketchup, salt, and pepper. Then got aggressive when we asked for more than one small packet of ketchup. Quite a disappointing experience for a location you pay a premium.
Arby's is usually my favorite place and it's always such a treat to get my beef and cheddar sandwich...... Until today, that is!! Because of the quality of food and the absolute terrible service I received through the drive-thru at lunch today, I'm not sure that I will ever return to this location. The service: I waited 12 minutes at the drive-thru widow before anyone even came to the window. When the worker finally came to the window, there was no apology for the wait or even a hello. He just barked at me, "$11.30", handed me the debit machine and walked away, leaving me holding the machine for another 4 minutes. The only words spoken during the entire transaction was him telling me the amount owing. Terrible customer service!!! The food: I'm not sure if Arby's has changed their supplier but the shaved roast beef that is usually what you expect on a beef and cheddar was thick sliced roast beef that was rubbery and tasted terrible. The sandwich was a sloppy disgusting mess.. I bought 2 sandwiches and threw the entire 2nd sandwich out!! What a waste of money and time......especially for the cost
Usually pretty good. I normally stop in during the week. I ordered two bacon beef and cheddar sandwichs at the drivethrough this Saturday and one sandwich had no cheddar. Pretty major oversight.
