Huge serving portions and right amount of sweetness. Taro balls and grass jelly are extra delicious with creamer. Must a try if you haven’t visit it.

Had high expectations due to high reviews.. store was decent, staff was whatever, not rude not friendly, just doing his job I guess. Ordered the strawberry shaved ice with the bubbles and pudding, it did not look like the presentation picture at all : and the shaved ice was really just ice Paid 18 sth for shaved ice which I don’t think it was worth it, i’d rather go to snow & moon next time and pay a similar but cheaper price for their shaved ice that actually tastes good

Everything we ordered so far tasted amazing!! We had to come back for the Q Mochi Shaved Ice and will be back again soon it’s just sooo gooddd!!! Also highly recommend trying the walnut bun. Definitely come back for more.

My friend ordered us two hot milk teas and they were room temperature. I asked for mine to be heated up. The staffperson poured my tea into a tray which I doubt was clean given the weird black floaties in my drink afterwards- which I didn't touch to microwave it way too long. While I was waiting I saw them run out of black tea mid two drink order and go back to a customer asking them to pick another tea for the second drink... that she had already half filled with black tea. So that customer got a Frankenstein drink without knowing. Pretty sketchy overall.

The staffs are nice. The price is good. Servings are huge!!! The atmosphere and ambiance is so cozy. You need nice sound system and café music and it's 11/10.

Great variety for hot or cold glass jelly and taro ball desserts. Tofu pudding is not so sweet, so just right!

The signature grass jelly tastes perfecto! The only problem is it is overpriced, with the price $14 after tax, it is way too expensive for an after-dinner desert.

Dessert here is so fresh and tasty. Staff is super friendly as well. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the desserts and would love to visit again.

ordered two milk tea and one shaved ice to go. ended up spending 30mins in the room waiting for my order. good food bad service.
