Pho Saigon

Service: not bad. Got us some water, brought us our order, we paid our bill and left. Food: Large 11 and spring rolls. Taste was not bad, large size wasn't as large as I thought. I'm used to Pho locations giving basal, bean sprouts, and lime on the side but here, they put it in directly for you. You have no choice. Oyster sauce and siracha are given in plastic containers and are in incredibly small proportions. Spring rolls were tiny and thin. About the length of your index finger. I'm used to much longer and thicker spring rolls.

Unusual Monday spent well Went for brunch and got some Crab Wontons and Beef Soup with Vietnamese Iced Coffee & Cappuccino Smoothie, overall 7/10 Food was good and drinks were actually better. Spacious place with a good view. Recommended!

Today we called our favorite vietnamese spot and they were closed for the weekend, so we decided to try something a little close to home and chose Pho Saigon. We ordered take out, so I was only in the restaurant for a couple of minutes. The restaurant seating area was roomy and the smells of amazing food greeted me when I walked in. The service was very friendly. Back at home; The dishes were very well seasoned and the vegetables tasted fresh. The broken rice was flavorful and the fried egg was perfectly cooked. From left to right: chicken broken rice, deluxe broken rice, deluxe vermicelli bowl. 3 meals with 3 vietnamese coffees for a total of $63 including taxes. The family enjoyed it.

Excellent food and the staff are very friendly. I recommend giving this a shot if you enjoy eating pho!

The interior was nice when I entered, came here with a friend and the waiter was very kind! The food price was reasonable for the meal and only waited around 8 mins for our meals to come to our tables! 5/5 would definitely recommend coming here!

Ordered pho sate and didn't get any tripe inside. 2 x 4" salad rolls with sauce tastes sour like rotted for $7

It used to be a really good place to eat. But lately they almost always get the order wrong it happened to me 4 times already. And the Pho just tastes salty and that's it. The complex flavor which you get from all the meat broth are lost now. I stopped going there after all this.

I used to order their soup Pho a lot, but last week, I ordered again and the rice noodle taste different. I’m sensitive to weird taste that’s why I like their Pho before as their rice noodle doesn’t have this weird taste. Disappointed, I will try again and if it’s the same, I’ll probably stop ordering from them anymore.

I would say they serve the one of the best pho: by quality/by amount/by take out service. I've never seen before two storeys take out plastic bowls: the big/main one for the broth, the small one- seats above the broth- with a meat and rice noodles. So when you are Mixing everything before dining- it's enough room for everything in a main bowl. Highly recommended!

**YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!** I flew all the way from Calgary when I heard about this place! The pictures of the menu items absolutely gorgeous, they look even better while sitting in front of you at the table. I had the Viet Iced Coffee, an order of Spring Rolls, Creamy Wontons for starters. Spring Rolls were the tastiest I've had compared to many Viet restaurants over here in Calgary, the creamy wontons out of this world and I bet you won't find anywhere else! As for the main for the lunch I went with the Pho Saigon, the broth was an deep amber & rich with flavour, and a silky broth I couldn't get enough of! Everything within the bowl ended up in my stomach. I'll be coming back here for years to come. Service was friendly, efficient. The food fresh and brought to the table in a respectable manner! **YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!**
