Medical Associates of Buchanan County Health Center

I was suppose to get an appointment the following business day after being seen in the ER. When I called for an appointment I was told that I couldn't be seen for three days. When day of appointment came, I was told that I was an hour late and couldn't be seen. The three patients next to me were also told the same thing. Thank goodness for Dr. Jasper willing to see me and schedule a MRI. I realize we are all busy, but this cost me to lose another 3 days of work on top of the expected recorvery

It has been really busy the last six months. A few times I was in the waiting room at least 15mins after my appointment was supposed to take place. Everyone is really nice though and I love the staff!

Been going here my whole life. My kids have too, however the new receptionist is rude, conniving, and extremely unprofessional. I made appointments elsewhere for my family.

They are rarely rude to me or unprofessional but some of them lack the skills required for the job I feel. We would go in about a problem with our child and they would completely disregard what we thought and say our child was fine and nothing was wrong until we went to a specialist and had it confirmed something was wrong. I feel some (not all) came straight out of high school.

The reseponist and all up front staff where extremely rude then after being called back the nurses where short with me and acted as though it was a inconvenience to prepping me for the dr and at one time carol was rude enough to state that I wasn't going to get my fix today so Dr jasper had no time open to help me on one of my returns and in the room waiting for Dr I could hear the nursing staff talking about and sure of this due to my name being mentioned several times and I was treated like it was a hassle to get me checked into the room when Dr jasper came in for the exam he was very short with me due to it being the same issue and as of that te I had made a appt with a neroloagist to take over my care so I didn't have to deal with the embarassmental of showing up at the office after having my last appt to have fasting labs done I shared that I wished they would call me with the results due to the staff treating me unkind when Dr jasper called with the results his voice was raised and sounded angry about the inconvenience of having to call as of 10-27-16 I called to get a copy of my labs and after being told a nurse would call me about it no returned call I called again on the 28th an there still was no papers for me I've always know that the records on hand that where mine I could request at anytime I've signed all needed paperwork SO I wish to receive all my personaledical records from your office without the run around and due to the hostility I've found me a new care provider as not to deal with the staff that don't have the time of day for some patients who have exalent ins etc I'm quiet upset at this issue and see it as being irresponsible breaking patient confidentiality and unprofessional items you wouldn't expect from a care provider
