Williamsburg Family Medical Clinic

Called and schedule an appointment today as I have had a couple bad migraines in a week time frame and needed to be seen. Let them know that I did not have insurance and needed help applying for state insurance, they helped scheduled my appointment. Checked my voicemail and they left me a message saying if I can’t afford $200-$300 out-of-pocket since I don’t have insurance I need to cancel the appointment as they won’t see me without that payment. Will not be returning even if i get insurance.

this office is not for the elderly I you have "issues", they will NOT see you, even to refer you to a speialist

The staff at the Williamsburg Clinic are always friendly and professional. I feel like I'm getting the best care from the support staff and nurses as well as the PA's and Drs on staff. I would definitely refer others to this clinic

The staff there is terrible takes days for them to call you back I wasn't happy with my treatment I went to office was on phone with insurance company I didn't go in the office they call the police on me while I'm in my car in parking lot and they ordered me off there property as I was talking to police officer saying idk why they called you I havnt spoke a word to anybody in office..this is a terrible dr office my wife's friends said they weren't happy with service do yourself a favor and stay away from here

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who do there best to squeeze you in for same day appointments. They really listen to their patients and do a thorough assessment without requesting unnecessary tests or meds. So glad they are in town!
