UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine - Westdale

Nikki Woolley is truly the best doctor I have ever had. She is so real and down to earth and compassionate. The nurses are so kind and the admissions staff genuinely cares about helping you as much as possible. I am awful with premeditating and not procrastinating and the doctors at this facility worked with me quickly and efficiently even though it is entirely my fault for waiting until the last minute. I have had many doctors in my life and prior to visiting this clinic, I had given up on the idea of building a relationship with my care providers. Now all I want to do is get lunch with them and send them christmas cards. These individuals do not compensate care for customer service or vice-versa, you truly receive the best of both worlds at this clinic.
