Great store but poor delivery service. The box was way too big and really damaged.

New location, bigger space. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Customers could choose from MEC's own brands and other quality products in the store. This place is always a happy place for people who love adventures outdoor.

Excellent Bike Shop experience. Kind and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable as well as helpful advice. My go-to repair choice!

Downtown MEC is an awesome place, so much to look at, and some deals to be found. They have a really, really great staff. Very happy and helpful.

Great service, lots of fun inventory! And the man working there was incredibly helpful and kind! Will always go back!
