Outstanding service! Even several years after my purchase here, they kindly mailed a replacement part I needed without charge. Highly recommended bike shop!
I just got my new bike a few days ago and I love it! Not to mention their service is outstanding they are pretty efficient!!! The employees were comprehensive and patient with me. However, there are few thing lacking such as spare pieces air chambers and on the go tools multi-tools. I would give this shop a 4.5 stars.
Had an issue with my bike & it was fixed in 24 hours! Super reliable & I've never been disappointed during my visits. Highly recommend!

A bit pricey but good service
Excellent service and staff. I would totally recommend. I ordered a bike online in the morning and it was delivered to my home fully assembled by dinner time the same day. It was fantastic!
Just might suggest some automated messages from the website to explain how the purchasing process works in case you buy from the website. Thanks for setting it straight.
