I got a question for you. I sent in my car few weeks ago as it has some security light issue and spent around $750 to fix the issue. You guys replaced some sensor in the car but unfortunately the security light issue is still there. It comes on every once in a while. Did i just waste my hard earned money. Or you guys are not able to find the exact issue and resolve it. I tried calling your service agent(Cory) numerous times at his desk and he did not pick up any of my call.

What should I do now. Today my car is in same problem I can not go to work which is another loss. Waiting for your reply...

I got a call from rep. Replaced battery worth extra 180 with no warranty forms. Car is working fine since then. Still testing it to see if I come across that security issue again !!

I had an excellent experience at this place. Even though we couldn't get the papers workex out the day I made my decision, Darrell, my sales person, was able to allow me an overnight road test.

 I got my choice of vehicle and got to take it home the day I decided on it. Talk about service!

Had a fantastic experience at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet. Recently purchased a new truck and the experience was transparent and seamless with no pressure. Couldn't have asked for better.  Thanks Mike CUNNINGHAM for your diligent efforts at finding the vehicle I wanted! Many others to thank (unfortunately I can't recall everyone's name!). I'd recommend Mike hands down for a hassle free experience. �
