Terrible experience with Brian Murphy. Upon original contact he seemed super helpful and told us he was willing to help with a business acquisition, but after the initial contact he proceeded to drop off the face of the earth. He's ignored multiple phone calls, emails from both myself, my accountants and the lawyers on the other side of this acquisition and hasn't given any reasoning at all whatsoever. Overall highly unprofessional and a pure waste of time - and here I was looking forward to working with a fellow countryman.

We used this firm to help us transact the sale of our home and had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience dealing with them. Our main lawyer never seemed to be in the office and we were left to deal with his admin assistant, who was a poor communicator, inconsistent in responding to emails and avoided phone calls. Due to a failure in communicating clear instructions on how to close out our property tax bill, we mistakenly left an amount outstanding on the tax bill on our former home. An email to the firm communicating our frustration in our dealings with them went unanswered. I do NOT recommend this law firm.

We needed legal advice on a property purchase and partnership agreement. During a one hour meeting, we were patronized, offended and our actual concerns were never addressed or even identified. We were to be billed $400 for this. An email to the firm went unanswered. No invoice has been sent, but this is poor professionalism. The projected fees were also higher than is reasonable. We chose to use Snider and DiGregorio, who were wonderful.

I’m surprised this firm does not have more great reviews than what’s posted below. My husband and I used this firm for our last transactions and absolutely love bringing our business here. We sold a house in 2015, have purchased pre-construction and purchased a condo in a new building downtown in 2018. On our pre-construction purchase this firm saved us thousands of dollars by adding certain classes to our contract that we never even heard of. We were the only owners who did not run into insues and hidden costs with the builder at occupancy thank to our lowyer. Highly recommend this firm.
