If you were dismissed within  your probation period without cause, contact Marvin Gorodensky. Unfortunately even HR departments are not always familiar with employment law. I was successful in winning a settlement even though I had only been working with the company for six month. Marvin is an excellent negotiator and is very knowledgeable.

Highly recommended. Very attentive and professional. Responds in a timely manner and with confidence. 
I did not feel worried at all, Anthony  Lungu was reassuring and was great at handling my situation.  Call you will have no regrets!!!!

Totally dishonest!! Don't fall for the "30-min free consultation". 
Over the phone, he told me that I had a case and we'd win. He also told me about his legal fees and the amount of retainer he would charge. When I went in to meet him, he started asking me detailed questions about my case and all throughout showed a Judge Judy attitude, making me feel stupid.
We were past that half hour free consultation and I thought to myself it is ok I'd pay him for the extra time he is taking to take all the detailed notes because he had promised a win and gain of 10 - 12K.
After one and half hours he said there is no guarantee for winning and my employer might only show us a middle finger.
He tried to lure me in for meeting, thinking I can win the case and I ended up paying him 500 dollars to hear what I heard.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, unless you have time to waste and money to burn.
