Mr. Holmberg and his team exceeded all expectations in helping me structure my new business acquisition.  Mihkel was very professional at all times and his knowledge of corporate acquisitions was very impressive. Although the process was somewhat complicated, he kept me informed on a regular basis and managed multiple parties to finalize the acquisition on time and on budget.  I always felt that Mihkel was looking after my interests, my deadlines were always met without a hitch.  Thank you guys for helping me!
