Horrible customer service !!! If I could give this business 0 stars I would. "Management" (who refused to give me his name) refused to give me my car that the business towed. He claimed he only takes cash. Meanwhile there are no signs and a credit card machine in front of me. When I told him about the bad reputation they had, he screamed at me and told me to "shut the f*** up". I told him I would get police involved if he did not give me my car and he said "that's fine, I'm leaving" I didn't have time to deal with such unprofessionalism that I paid with cash. I then go outside to see his very young son (maybe 12 years old) moving cars in order to get mine out !!! I do not recommend this business to anyone !

Incredibly rude and unprofessional when speaking with their clients. Wrongfully towed my car, and insisted I pay the proposed fee.

Broke down got towed in with excellent service treated me fair with a great repair very happy
